Jennie Garth showed off her fit physique in her very first underwear photo shoot. The “Beverly Hills, 90210” alum, 53, took to Instagram Thursday to share her new ThirdLove campaign — and
celebrate her body. “I never thought I’d be doing my first underwear shoot at 53… but here we are!” the “I Choose Me” podcast host wrote in the caption. “And I’ve never felt more confident,
or comfortable in my skin.” EXPLORE MORE In the first photo, Garth poses in a seamless pale blue bra and panty set from the brand. She models a black wireless bra in a second shot. In
another image, the actress wears a beige bra and underwear styled with a blue robe. And in a fourth campaign photo, the mom of three pulls on a pair of jeans over her undies. “I’m proud to
be part of this moment—not just because it’s a first for me, but because it’s with a brand that genuinely supports women through every phase of life, including menopause,” Garth added in her
caption. The milestone modeling moment comes after the “What I Like About You” alum opened up last August about “struggling” with menopause symptoms. “My travel and work schedule, my body
pain, not to mention menopause is a daily minefield, both physically & mentally,” she captioned a workout video on Instagram. “Here’s the deal… i stay motivated by FORCING myself to
workout. i know i’ll always feel better from doing it. but recently it just feels like my body is fighting against me at times.” Garth also admitted that there was “so much happening inside
[her], causing so many changes.” SHOP ’TIL YOU DROP WITH POST WANTED Save time and money with the latest deals, discounts, trends, reviews and more. THANKS FOR SIGNING UP! She concluded at
the time, “i have to remind myself to give myself some grace! i’m doing the best i can & that makes me feel a little better.” That same month, the actress shared details of her dedicated
workout routine in an interview with Today.com. “As we age, we lose bone density, and for me, I want to keep my muscles strong,” she told the outlet, adding that weightlifting has helped
her achieve that goal. Garth said she always starts with a “good stretch session” before tackling a full-body exercise program. While she “used to hate working out,” the “90210” star
explained that she looks forward to breaking a sweat because she will feel good afterward. “It does provide me with something that I really do need in my life,” Garth said.
