Prince‘s massive _Purple Rain_ reissues will come in two forms: _Deluxe _and a _Deluxe – Expanded Edition_. NPG Records and Warner Bros. have unveiled the track lists for both sets, which is

set for release on June 23rd and will include six tracks that have “never been released or distributed in the collector or bootleg community,” according to a statement. The six tracks

include a 1983 solo version of “Possessed”; a studio version of “Electric Intercourse,” which was not known to exist until it was unearthed at Paisley Park; a five-minute-plus version of

“Father’s Song” – a tune that was only previously heard as a snippet in the movie _Purple Rain_; and a full 10-minute version of “We Can Fuck” with lyrics specific to the recording included

in the set. The sixth song is a finished master of “Katrina’s Paper Dolls,” which previously circulated in demo form only. The _Purple Rain Deluxe_ set packages the 2015 Paisley Park

remaster of the original tapes from the soundtrack along with a _From the Vault & Unreleased_ disc. The latter includes 11 songs discovered in Prince‘s storied vault, including “Electric

Intercourse,” which will be available as an instant download to those that pre-order the reissues. Other _Vault _gems include 1984’s “Our Destiny / Roadhouse Garden” and the 1983

instrumental “Father’s Song.” The _Purple Rain Deluxe – Expanded Edition_ includes the two _Deluxe_ discs as well as a third disc, _Single Edits & B-Sides_, and a concert DVD. _Prince
