Mobilising the power of the people is fundamental to advancing the cause of Scotland’s independence. We must continue to build support for independence, and we must give the people of
Scotland the opportunity to express that support in a democratic vote. Independence supporters coming together, at key moments, to show that support is an important part of that journey.
That’s why we’ll be at the march and rally for independence, being organised by Believe in Scotland and Yes for EU, this Saturday 2 September. Please join us, and others from across the SNP
and wider movement, in Edinburgh to show the strength of support The march begins at Johnston Terrace in Edinburgh at 1.30PM, with the rally featuring a host of pro-independence voices
taking place outside the Scottish Parliament. Let’s hope for a sunny afternoon, but I know that whatever the weather, nothing can dampen our enthusiasm and determination to secure
independence and a better future for our nation.
