of each year, a jury meets to select the BEST ALMOND CAKE IN THE DÉPARTEMENT. After tasting and comparing numerous galettes, the jury delivered its VERDICT on November 27, rewarding a

BAKERY located in LEUVILLE-SUR-ORGE. For those with a sweet tooth, La Leuvilloise bakery is the place to go in 2025 to enjoy the BEST ALMOND GALETTE IN ESSONNE! PHILIPPE MÉGIER won the

competition in the " _Corporate Chefs_ " category, with a galette as crisp as it is delicious. He was followed byANTHONY BEUCHET of the Le Fournil d'Autrefois bakery in

ÉTAMPES, and ROBERTO DA SILVA RIBEIRO of the Ribeiro bakery in SOISY-SUR-ÉCOLE. In the_"Employees"_ category, HERVÉ TRACLET of Le Fournil d'Autrefois bakery in ÉTAMPES took
