years of the Obama administration, is technology capable of traveling to places that technology typically doesn’t visit — the doorsteps of the disenfranchised people who lack the money to
pay for it. This, in a nutshell, was the pitch Slavitt and his partners at Town Hall Ventures delivered to prospective investors in a venture capital fund that closed last week. STAT+
