Rashtriya Janata Dal Chief, Lalu Prasad Yadav has made shocking remarks on the Motihari Gangrape incident. When a reporter asked him for his views and comments on the disclosure of the name,
address and details of a rape victim on social media, Yadav said that he is not answerable to such questions and that the reporter better field it to the policemen concerned. Yadav,
