The West Australian Demi Moore was rushed to hospital by ambulance on Monday night over alleged substance abuse, according to website TMZ. Law enforcement told TMZ a 911 call was placed at
10.45 PM on Monday night. It reports paramedics responded to Moore's LA home and after assessing her she was taken to a local hospital. Sources told TMZ she was being placed in a
facility to "seek further professional assistance", while the website claims its sources said that treatment was for substance abuse. A spokesperson for Moore told TMZ
"because of the stresses in her life right now, Demi has chosen to seek professional assistance to treat her exhaustion and improve her overall health. "She looks forward to
