Kalgoorlie Miner Goldfields fans of retired West Indian Test stars Courtney Walsh and Curtly Ambrose can expect candid banter from each at tomorrow night’s special appearance at Rydges
Kalgoorlie Resort and Spa. The menacing fast bowling duo’s Australian tour, encompassing 19 shows and dubbed The Perfect Pair, got under way in Mandurah last night and continues in Perth
this evening before heading to the Goldfields. Their Gold Coast-based agent Justin Karcher said both guests were committed to providing genuine entertainment on the many aspects of their
decorated careers. Despite numerous appearances in Test matches at Perth’s WACA Ground, neither former star has previously been to the Goldfields. “I think that’s what people come to listen
to – their opinions of the sport and not necessarily the political correctness, but what they genuinely believe,” Karcher said. “The night’s about having some fun and being entertaining at
the same time." GET THE LATEST NEWS FROM THEWEST.COM.AU IN YOUR INBOX. Sign up for our emails
