With the roll out of the first coronavirus vaccine in the United Kingdom, jointly developed by Pfizer and German biotechnology company BioNTech, many people have already received the jab and
by the end of the year, tens of thousands of adults will be immunized with the same. However, according to scientists and medical professionals, children will have to wait to get the
vaccine until late 2021. According to doctors and experts, the current vaccine may not be fit for use for children. While the previously conducted clinical trials were limited to adults,
children still have to undergo the trial phase for the vaccine.
