The Augusta University Innovate competition aims to provide innovative, creative, and entrepreneurial solutions for challenges that affect CSRA communities. This year’s theme is “Solutions


for Non-Profits” in the Augusta community.

The DAISY Nurse Leader Award is among the highest recognitions a nursing professional can receive. It recognizes nurses who are extraordinary in the impact they have on high-quality,


compassionate patient care.


Throughout the month of December, 90 students from Cross Creek High School, collected personal hygiene items including toothpaste, lotion and deodorant to donate to VA Augusta Veterans.


It’s not just a pat on the back, it’s one step closer to a Veteran foot in the door to permanent housing.
