Dr. Alison Martin is a board-certified ambulatory care pharmacy and pharmacotherapy specialist. She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry at James Madison University and
Doctor of Pharmacy degree at the Medical University of South Carolina. After completing a PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency and PGY-2 Ambulatory Care Pharmacy Residency at the Ralph H.
Johnson VA Medical Center, she has worked here as a Clinical Pharmacy Practitioner specializing in neurology and pain management. She now works in the outpatient neurology clinic assisting
providers with follow-up appointments for comprehensive medication management. She also serves as the PGY-2 Ambulatory Care Pharmacy Residency Program Director for the RHJ VAMC and chair of
the national VA Clinical Pharmacy Practice Office Neurology Subject Matter Expert workgroup.
