Laundrena LaPradd-Bradley is the Interim Associate Director for Patient Care Services at the Central Alabama Veterans Health Care System. Her permanent position is chief nurse for nursing
operations; she has 25 years of multi-faceted experience in the nursing field. LaPradd-Bradley has proudly served our Veterans at CAVHCS since her college years in the capacity of a student
nurse technician, graduate nurse technician, and registered nurse. She also implemented the Bed Management Program in continued efforts to provide an excellent patient experience and
satisfaction. She understands being in the trenches and many have witnessed her assisting Veterans, families and co-workers with a smile. LaPradd-Bradley is a graduate of the Healthcare
Leadership Development Program and a proud alumnus of Tuskegee University. Also, she obtained a master's degree in Healthcare Administration from Ashford University. In addition to her
years with the Veterans Administration, she served as an intensive care unit nurse with Baptist Health. She enjoys volunteering at her children's schools, mentoring and precepting
nurses, traveling and giving to others.
