VAMC. VETERANS WHO HAVE NEVER ENROLLED IN VA HEALTH CARE MAY BRING THEIR DD-214 DISCHARGE PAPERS TO SEE IF THEY ARE ELIGIBLE. Veterans must be eligible for VA health care to receive a free
