Terri Verone was appointed Acting Associate Director, Resources at the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System (VAGLAHS) in September 2024. Terri began her VA career as a Registered
Dietitian at VA Long Beach serving as a Renal Dietitian, Outpatient Section Chief, MOVE Program Coordinator, and Acting Chief Nutrition and Food Service. In 2019, she joined us here at
VAGLAHS as Assistant Chief of Nutrition and Food Service and was promoted to Chief in 2022. Terri is a magna cum laude graduate of Cal Poly – San Luis Obispo (Go Mustangs!) and holds a
Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and Food Administration. Her father was an Army Veteran who received exceptional care at VA and remains an inspiration for her work serving Veterans.
