Inpatient Technique of Inhaler Therapy WHY VA HOUSTON: MEDVAMC stood out amongst other residency programs not only because of their variety of clinical experiences, but also because of the
welcoming and supportive environment. The growth and development of residents is a priority here at VA Houston, and there is always support available. The variety of clinical rotations
allows me to expand and strengthen my knowledge in both inpatient and outpatient settings and will support me in becoming a well-rounded and independent practitioner in the future. The
independence and confidence in pharmacy here at MEDVAMC also allows us to provide excellent patient care to our veterans and help support the healthcare team as a whole. I am excited to see
what this year holds and look forward to growing under the guidance of our pharmacy team here at MEDVAMC!
