Rebeca Delgado is the Women Veteran’s Health Program Manager of the VA Hudson Valley health care system. Ms. Delgado is a Licensed Registered Nurse and has been with the VA since 2008. She
received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the Ana G. Méndez University, Puerto Rico, and her Dual Master’s degree in Health Administration and Science of Nursing at the University of
Phoenix. She brings a wide range of clinical experience to Telehealth, Med Surg, Trauma, and Laboratory-Phlebotomist. She has served in various leadership roles locally, within the VISN, and
on National teams. Ms. Delgado’s hobbies include cooking, watching the Food Network channel, being a foodie, outdoor activities, and spending time with her kids and husband. She is very
excited to continue her mission of “answering the call to serve our men and women who have borne the battle.” “It is important to me to deliver high-quality care by being unbiased, owning
the moment, and providing reliable assessments to our Veterans, caregivers, and the system stakeholders in a safe environment.
