Ms. Davis was appointed to the position of Medical Center Director of VA Maine Healthcare System (HCS) on April 14, 2019. Ms. Davis oversees a comprehensive health care system classified as


a Complexity Level 1C facility which provides care to approximately 53,000 enrolled Veterans in the state of Maine with an operating budget of over $385 million. Ms. Davis began her career


in 2004 as a health administration fellow at VA Pittsburgh Health Care System, and she has held positions of increasing complexity and responsibility at VA facilities across the nation. She


previously served as Associate Director for the VA Maine Healthcare System from 2013-2015. Most recently, she served as the Deputy Director, VA Portland Health Care System and as Interim


Director at both the Mann-Grandstaff VA Medical Center in Spokane, Washington and the VA Long Beach Health Care System. Ms. Davis is a board-certified health care executive and Fellow in the


American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE). She is a graduate of VHA’s Health Care Leadership Development Program and the Office of Personnel Management’s Senior Executive Assessment


Program. Ms. Davis received a Master of Health Administration from Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, Missouri and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Trinity


University in San Antonio, Texas.
