This page will include general updates on COVID-19 and precautionary measures occurring at Miami VA Healthcare System facilities. The respiratory virus activity, including COVID-19 is
currently low throughout our community in South Florida. Masking is optional for all Veterans and visitors, except in high-risk areas and in any area that may be experiencing an outbreak.
Masks will continue to be offered at all sites of care at the main entrances and check-in desks. To ensure the safety and care of Veteran patients and employees, we will continue to monitor
the impact of COVID-19 and reassess our safety measures as needed.
