Marlene McLeod graduated from Saint Peters college with BSN and MSN. She has been a Registered Nurse for over 20 years and, a LPN for 13 years. During the first 13 years of her career, her
area of clinical practice has been Long Term Care. In that field, Marlene functioned as a staff nurse and charge nurse. For the last 20 years, her clinical practice had been Mental Health.
Since 2004, Marlene’s role as a nurse has been in Management and recruitment, working as a Nurse manager, Nurse Recruiter and Director of Nursing Services; and off tour Supervisor covering
mental health, dialysis, ambulatory care, and the Emergency Department. Marlene is also an adjunct professor in a BSN program.
