The Patient Advocates at North Florida/South Georgia Veterans Health System are specially trained to help you resolve issues with your care. If you have experienced any problems that you
haven't been able to resolve by talking with your care team, please reach out to one of our Patient Advocates. The Veterans Experience Office welcomes any and all suggestions that one
may have related to their care, their experiences, and ideas for how the North Florida/South Georgia Veterans Health System can continue to improve the experience that Veterans and their
families and/or caregivers have. CARE WE PROVIDE AT VA NORTH FLORIDA/SOUTH GEORGIA HEALTH CARE North Florida/South Georgia Veterans Health System strives to provide the best care possible in
the most courteous and efficient manner to our Veteran patients. Patient Advocates are official representatives of the Director and serve as liaisons between patients and the medical team.
Patient Advocates act on the behalf of Veterans and their families as well as help patients understand their rights, responsibilities, and resources available to assist in the management of
their care and benefits.
