This week, VA Providence joined forces with the Rhode Island Office of Veterans Services (RIOVS) and Meals on Wheels of Rhode Island (MOWRI) for a special Veteran’s Café event at the
American Legion Post in Woonsocket, RI. This collaborative event brought together Veterans from across the region for an opportunity to connect over coffee while learning about the wide
range of benefits and resources available to them. Our dedicated enrollment team, representatives from the Providence Vet Center, and the Providence Regional VA Office (VBA) were on hand to
provide personalized assistance, answer questions, and ensure Veterans could access the support they’ve earned. Events like this highlight the power of partnerships in strengthening our
Veteran community. A big thank you to RIOVS, MOWRI, and the American Legion Post for their hospitality and commitment to serving those who’ve served. At VA Providence, we’re proud to support
these efforts and stand ready to assist Veterans wherever they are.
