achieve your goals and be in your best possible health. Discover what matters most to you! Our Whole Health program includes: INTRO TO WHOLE HEALTH - This informative class explores the
components of Whole Health which include: you at the center, self-care, professional care and community. SKILL BUILDING CLASSES - A series of classes designed to advance your
knowledge, progress, and goals in the specific self-care area(s) of your choosing alongside a Whole Health Coach and a Clinician with expertise in the self-care area. TAKING CHARGE OF MY
LIFE AND HEALTH (TCMLF) - A program that equips you to take charge of your health by emphasizing self-empowerment, self-healing, and self-care through better knowledge. WHOLE HEALTH
EMPOWERMENT GROUP - A group of Veterans providing Veteran to Veteran support that meet once a month with a facilitator as you continue in your progress to work towards your goals. WHOLE
HEALTH COACHING - Whole Health Coaches partner with you to: • Identify strengths and values • Help you focus on goal setting • Help motivate, guide, and support you to work towards your
goals” CALM MEDITATION - A Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program that introduces a variety of mindfulness practices shown to improve physical and mental well-being. GUIDED
IMAGERY - A mind-body approach that uses a series of images designed to promote specific changes in mental, emotional, or physical state for the purpose of increasing a healing response or
unconscious changes. MUSIC WELLNESS - A clinical and evidence-based use of music by a music therapist to help you identify ways that music can help you meet your health goals. TAI CHI - A
practice that involves a series of slow gentle movements and physical postures, meditative state of mind, and controlled breathing. YOGA - A mind-body practice that involves physical
