Tomah , WI — The Tomah VA Medical Center will host a grand opening and ribbon cutting celebration for the new Women’s Health Center on Tuesday, July 30, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. at the Tomah VA
Medical Center in building 411. All Veterans and the public are invited to attend. Opening of the new Women’s Health Center marks a significant milestone in Tomah VA’s commitment to
providing high-quality, focused care, and support to women Veterans. The center offers a wide range of healthcare services designed specifically for women Veterans, including primary care,
whole health, mental health services, reproductive health, and specialized care for conditions related to military service. “This is a monumental moment for Tomah VA Women Veteran Health
Care,” said Dr. Jacquelyn Paykel, Director of Tomah VA Women’s Health Center. “Creating a standalone center dedicated specifically for women Veterans was a priority to provide them with
focused, high-quality care, but to also build a safe and supportive environment to allow them to connect with other female Veterans. Women Veterans are among our fastest growing Veteran
population and, we at Tomah VA, are ready to meet their needs!” Attendees will have the opportunity to meet with Tomah VA Women’s Center healthcare providers, tour the facility, and learn
