DEACTIVATION As local transmission levels decline and more vaccines/boosters are administered, the requirement for COVID-19 testing has been updated. Based upon the updated guidance,
operation of the COVID-19 Drive Thru is no longer required. The last day of operations is Friday, June 16, 2023. Please find below the updated guidance for COVID-19 Testing for Veterans
beginning Monday, June 19, 2023: * If Veterans are symptomatic with mild side symptoms (cough, sneeze, etc.), it is recommended they perform an over-the-counter Antigen Self-Test kit (i.e.
BinaxNow) at home and remain in isolation for five days. * If Veterans are symptomatic with more severe symptoms (shortness of breath, high fever, etc.), we request that they report to
the Emergency Department. * To ensure accuracy of test results, when using an over-the-counter Antigen Self-Test kit (i.e. BinaxNow), if test results are negative, please advise Veterans to
repeat within 48 hours.
