used the line to take orders for heroin and crack cocaine. Amara Harris, 22, was among those who ran the "Omari" drug line and sent "bulk" messages to his customers
advertising class A drugs between April and July, 2024. A sentencing hearing at Merthyr Tydfil Crown Court on Monday heard forensic phone data analysis led officers to a shop in Pontcanna
where Harris was seen to top up his phone on June 14 last year. Officers sourced the CCTV footage and identified the defendant. For the latest court reports sign up to our crime newsletter
here. The footage also showed him pulling up outside the shop in a black Audi, despite him not having a driving licence. Harris was arrested on July 16 when officers made enquiries at a
house in Bedford Street, Roath. The phone linked to the drugs line was seized, as well as scales and thousands of pounds in cash. Article continues below Harris later pleaded guilty to being
