Horsham Hockey Club are looking for a Head Coach to support the development of our junior section. We are growing our offer to include 1-1 coaching, holiday camps, school outreach and an

club academy for player development.  You'll have experience delivering high-quality junior coaching programmes, alongside strong organisation and leadership skills. This role is fully

supported by a junior co-ordinator who will deal with all the admin and player, parent liaison so you can remain focused on the coaching role. You're probably an EH Level 2 or 3 coach

or FIH equivalent and have worked in a School, club or county environment before. With a modern approach to EH Golden thread and game based training you will be confident in putting together

coaching programmes and targets that inspire players . The role: * Lead the delivery of our Sunday junior coaching across all age groups and abilities. * Provide guidance to each age group

coach and manager. * Monitor and support tournament preparation and success. * Develop key principles and skills for each age group and work with coaches to deliver. * Develop and support

our team of coaches, assistants and volunteers. * Play an active role in building links with local schools. * Develop a programme of half term camps. What's on offer: * An expereince

roles across the club as they arise.
