2010 and 2011. His initial claim for fraud was rejected by a judge in February (13), and an amended complaint, accusing film bosses of concealing the profits from the movie, was dismissed on
Thursday (08Aug13), according to The Hollywood Reporter. Los Angeles Superior Court judge Richard Stone has given Costner another attempt at amending his claim, but warns this will be his
last chance to push the legal action through. Costner is also pursuing a breach-of-contract claim against the company.
