Kuehne + Nagel to fully acquire WM Cargonet Kuehne + Nagel has agreed to fully acquire WM Group's subsidiary WM Cargonet GmbH & Co. KG, by expanding its stake in the trucking
company by buying the remaining 60 percent share retroactive to Jan. 1. WM Cargonet has 590 employees in Bocholt, Chemnitz, Duisburg and Leipzig, providing system driven groupage in
Germany and Europe as well as traditional full and part truckload operations. The agreement is subject to the approval of the antitrust authorities. Financial details were not disclosed
