for the latest instalment of Reuben Owen: Life in the Dales, Amanda Owen couldn't hide her anxiety as she admitted to her son Reuben that he was making her "nervous". The

show, which chronicles young entrepreneur Reuben and his mates as they embark on business ventures, returns for its second series, gracing our screens on Thursday nights via Channel 5.

Tonight's episode (3 June) features a segment where Reuben takes his mother, Amanda, for a drive through the countryside in a rather old and temperamental vehicle, causing Amanda's

nerves to fray. Channel 5 took to Instagram with a caption that read, "It's a Reuben Reliant! More wholesome family fun with the Owens, as Reuben takes mum Amanda for a spin (or

Clive and their children on Our Yorkshire Farm, questions, "Whose idea was this?!" Reuben cheekily responds, "My idea!" During the drive, Reuben even has Amanda lean

against the car door to assist with steering, leading to shared laughter between the two. Their adventure comes to a halt when the car battery, only expected to last about 15 minutes, gives

out. They coast down a hill until they reach a secluded country lane, where they finally relax. Amanda, apart from Reuben, is also the mother to Raven, 23, Miles, 18, Edith, 16, Violet, 14,

Sidney, 13, Annas, 11, Clemmy, nine, and Nancy, eight, all shared with her ex-partner Clive. The 50-year-old shepherdess parted ways with her husband, Clive, three years ago after over two

decades of marriage. Article continues below They live at Ravenseat Farm in North Yorkshire, the setting for Channel 4's Our Yorkshire Farm. The family is now featured on Our Farm Next

Door, which documents Amanda and Clive's efforts to refurbish a neighbouring farmhouse in the Dales. In the meantime, Reuben has started his own machinery business with the support of
