the Express. Massara explained that to start, you need to cube and boil your potatoes in a pan of water with a pinch of salt. "They take about 20 minutes," she advised. Next,
Massara drains the water from her potatoes and mashes them. Then it's time to add some milk. You can use any type of milk you prefer, though the cook recommends using 150mls.
"Don't worry, " she added. "This isn't too much." Once your milk is in, combine the milk and potatoes and give it another good mash. Massara then mixes in two
