as: GENTLE YOGA, CHAIR YOGA, TAI CHI: TAI CHI CHIH, EAT WELL, BE WELL COOKING CLASS, EATING TO REDUCE INFLAMMATION & PAIN, INTRO TO MINDFULNESS MEDITATION, QI GONG, RELAXATION SKILLS,
REIKI, and THE CHRISTIAN CONNECTION.
